One of the top rated tourist places near Bangalore is Bangalore Palace. It was built in the year 1879. It has a charm of royal and regal anciency. It is spread across 45,000 square feet of land. Bangalore Palace has mixture of Scottish Gothic and Tudor architecture. King Chamarajendra took inspiration for this palace from Windsor Castle in London. Lalbagh :
Lalbagh Botanical garden is well know nationally and internationally because of the scientific study of plants, botanical artwork and conservation of plants. The garden is spread across 240 acres of land. It has more than 1850 species of plants. There is a Lal bagh Rock here which is considered to be more than 3000 million years old. Lal Bagh is one of the main places to visit in Bangalore.
Lumbini Garden :
A Public park at the bank of lake Nagawara, Lumbini Garden is also a tourist place in Bangalore. Here you will find artificial beach spread across 12500 Sq. Ft. area, eco friendly boating park and children’s park. This place is dedicated to Lord Buddha. It is one of the calmest tourist places near Bangalore.
